This Hamptons Home’s Outdoor Space Embodies The Spirit of Summer

Luxe spotlights a Sagaponack courtyard whose dégagé living spaces embody the spirit of summer.

Composed by interior designer Joe Nahem in collaboration with landscape designer Joseph W. Tyree, the lounge area is anchored by a two-story, metal-clad fireplace. The 14-foot long custom sectional was built around the newly planted hornbeam trees. Beyond, a retractable awning spans the full width of the dining area’s vintage Joseph D’Urso table.
